**SC Aviation Acquires Heartland Aviation, Expanding Footprint Across Wisconsin and Minnesota**
JANESVILLE, Wis. (August 3, 2026) — SC Aviation, Inc. today announced the acquisition of Heartland Aviation, an Eau Claire, Wisconsin-based provider of aircraft management, charter, and maintenance services.
The acquisition expands SC Aviation’s presence across western Wisconsin and the Minneapolis–St. Paul region while enhancing its service capabilities, fleet resources, and customer reach throughout the Upper Midwest.
