Significantly expands maintenance facility and capabilities

Janesville, WI – October 12, 2016 – SC Aviation, a well-respected Flight Department, Aircraft Management, Charter Operator and Aircraft Maintenance Company serving Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis and Madison, WI, just celebrated a grand opening for their brand new 36,000 square foot MRO facility.

The new MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) facility will offer a wide range of services including but not limited to basic line maintenance, inspections and engine changes. The hangar is capable of housing a Gulfstream G650 or a Bombardier Global 6000. The facility runs multiple shifts and has a very experienced and dedicated maintenance team.

“We had flight departments and private jet Owners that wanted us to work on their planes because of our expertise and reputation for great work, but we couldn’t because we didn’t have a hangar large enough”, said SC Aviation Director of Sales, Dan Morrison. “We have now addressed that issue with the opening of this first class facility and look forward to significantly growing the maintenance side of our business.”
